Construction crews from Legacy Contracting Inc. have completed the city of Astoria, Ore.'s $10 million Waterfront Bridges project. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
