PennDOT Rehabbing Several Small Bridges in Suburban Philadelphia

Construction began July 20 on a project to rehabilitate the bridge carrying 2nd Avenue over Mingo Creek in Upper Providence Township in Montgomery County, announced the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). This structure is one of seven bridges under a new $5 million project to repair poor condition bridges in Bucks, Chester and Montgomery counties on the edges of Philadelphia....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
