On July 21, New York announced a giant solicitation for up to 2,500 megawatts of offshore wind capacity, the largest of its kind in U.S. history. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
