Road construction crews are hard at work across the state of Louisiana on several projects to improve Interstate 10, one of the South's busiest vehicle and freight corridors. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
