He went to Utah State on a baseball scholarship and graduated in 1960 after majoring in industrial management and minoring in economics. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
