The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) welcomed Steven Shivak as director of membership. Shivak brings more than 15 years of experience implementing strategies that have increased member satisfaction, acquisition, and retention. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
