The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 3 continues to work to remedy the challenges created by above average precipitation in north central Pennsylvania. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
