A $25.98 million project near Roseburg, Ore., should get traffic flowing more smoothly over a mountain pass in the Umpqua River Valley. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
