T. Peter Ruane Named 2019 IRF Man of the Year

T. Peter Ruane, a highly respected voice of the U.S. transportation construction industry, has been unanimously selected to receive IRF's most distinguished individual honor. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
