Two yellow masts peek high above the jam-packed city streets of Brooklyn, N.Y. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
