Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) Secretary Pete K. Rahn recently hosted a kickoff workshop for Opportunity MDOT, a first-of-its-kind program to maximize economic empowerment of small and disadvantaged businesses (DBE) throughout the state. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
