Jersey Shore Boardwalks Could Be Called Roads to Qualify for Repairs

WILDWOOD, N.J. (AP) Boardwalks at the New Jersey shore could be reclassified as roads as part of a plan to redirect funds to repair them under a plan some state lawmakers are pushing. The measure is aimed primarily at the famous Wildwood boardwalk, which is badly in need of repairs. But it also would apply to similar structures throughout a state known for them....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
