TxDOT Awards Sterling $23.4M Springtown Project

Sterling Construction Company Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Texas Sterling Construction Co. , was selected by the Texas Department of Transportation to reconstruct a 1.5-mi. portion of FM 51 near Springtown, Texas. The $23.4 million project entails the reconstruction of an asphalt roadway into a three-lane concrete roadway with shoulders, along with the reconstruction of a bridge and the installation of new drainage and other related infrastructure....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
