The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) wasted no time getting to work repairing a sinkhole on a heavily trafficked highway connecting Boulder to Denver, hiring a contractor only days after the damage was revealed. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
