Construction crews in Phenix City, Ala., are making progress on a more than $20 million undertaking known as The Village at Crosswinds. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
