Feds: Honolulu Must Add $25M More Cash to Rail

HONOLULU (AP) Honolulu must contribute more money to help construct the city's rail line before getting any of the $744 million in federal funding that has been withheld from the project. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
