Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has appointed Scott Young to be vice president uptime and customer support for sales region Americas. The appointment becomes effective June 1, but the transition to the new position has already started. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
