Construction is under way on a $153 million project that includes the rehabilitation of multiple bridges located within the Route 8 and I-84 interchange in Waterbury, Conn. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
