CARLSBAD, N.M. (AP) Traffic is surging in the railroad industry in southeast New Mexico due to the oil boom in the state and West Texas. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
