Hirotec America to Build Facility in Fayetteville

Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and Hirotec America Inc. officials announced Dec. 17 that the automotive supplier will construct a new manufacturing facility in Fayetteville. Hirotec America, a member of the Japan-based Hirotec Group, will invest around $40 million and create more than 100 jobs in Lincoln County over the next three years....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
