When the International Union of Operating Engineers opened its new International Training Center on 237 acres in Crosby, Texas, earlier this year, it was designed to feature the latest equipment and product technology, according to Chris Treml, IUOE director of construction training. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
