$1.4B Rail Project May Boost Oil Production

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) Promoters of a plan to build a 150-mi. (241 km) railroad that could possibly quintuple oil production in Utah and create 27,000 jobs are asking the state for help with the project's $1.4 billion price tag. Members of the Seven County Infrastructure Coalition hope that federal grants will eventually cover the big construction cost....
