Construction Begins on $10.7M Cohoes Boulevard Project

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced that work would begin in August on a $10.7 million project to convert Route 787 in Cohoes, Albany County, into a boulevard, creating a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly gateway to the Spindle City. NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
