(AP) Meridian Energy Group said Tuesday that it has begun site work for an oil refinery about 3 mi. from Theodore Roosevelt National Park in western North Dakota, though the project still faces hurdles, including a lawsuit by environmental groups. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
