Safety is improving in the construction industry, according to the National Safety Council, but serious injuries and fatalities still occur.

 “I think it's fair to say that while we have been getting better at preventing most incidents and improving safety, in general, there are specific ways in which we have not been improving and we need to do more to address,” said John Dony of the Campbell Institute/National Safety Council….

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
