Officials Approve Plans for Nation's Largest Mall

Florida county commissioners recently approved plans to build the largest, and most expensive, mall in the U.S., the Wall Street Journal reported. Zoning Approval Triple Five Worldwide Group, a Canadian developer, received zoning approval from the Miami-Dade County Commission in May. Now, the company is working on securing environmental and water permits, The Wall Street Journal reported....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
