Volvo EC 700B HR demolition excavator with Mantovanibenne CR 80R concrete shear



Video of the Volvo EC 700B HR highreach demolition excavator of Laarakkers (https://ift.tt/2GVJ0Vt). It is working on a demolition project in the center of Düsseldorf. The Volvo EC 700B HR is now demolishing the former safe. The concrete is very hard and a lot of steel is used.

For the demolition of that very heavy built safe, the Volvo EC 700B HR is equipped with a Mantovanibenne CR 80R concrete shear. The banks close to the jobsite are still in use and so no any vibrations are allowed. Also there were restrictions for the noise. So a big concrete shear was the perfect solution. The 8.3 tons concrete shear is suitable for machines in the weight class of 70-90 ton. The maximum opening is 1.800 mm. The shear needs a flow of 500-600 liters/min.
