Baseball Team Donates Funds to Help Puerto Rico Rebuild

Months after Hurricane Maria devastated the island, Puerto Rico's recovery efforts continue. On March 27, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced their support to help Puerto Rico get back on its feet. According to Mark Walter, Dodgers owner and chairman, the baseball team will donate $2 million to Habitat for Humanity of Puerto Rico to aid rebuilding initiatives, Huffington Post reported....

NY Public Library to See $317M Renovation

The main branch of the New York Public Library will undergo extensive renovations to the tune of $317 million after receiving approval from its board of trustees Nov. 15. Dutch architecture firm Mecanoo and New York firm Beyer Blinder Belle developed the plan, Curbed reported.
