Trump, China Strike Preliminary Pipeline Deal

In a recent visit to China, President Trump and President Xi discussed a preliminary deal to build an 800-mile natural gas pipeline in Alaska. In the deal, Alaska and China would split the $43 billion cost of the project, and China would agree to buy the gas from the new pipeline, PRI reported. According to Alex Demarban of the Alaska Dispatch News, Alaska has been looking for an opportunity for years to ship natural gas to the rest of the country, but its plans were halted thanks to the shale gas revolution....

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
