As far as ghost stories go, the one they tell at the Overlee Community Pool in Arlington, Va., is spine-tingling: A young girl in Victorian garb, appearing in the window of a 100-year-old house that sat on the property. Ground is Broken on New Fisher Hill Elementary School in Orange, Mass.

Several shovelfuls of dirt on Oct. 15 got construction of the new Fisher Hill Elementary School under way in Orange, Mass.
